Tao Analytics views the provision of support as an integral part of the services that is offered. In this respect issues relating to support have been considered at the very outset at the design stage. Therefore, factors such as general usability and human computer interaction have very much driven the design process. Simple click, drag and drop operation throughout the application is an example of the implementation of this design process.

We have strived to make available simple and easy to use tools to enable the operation of complex and sophisticated functionalities.

In order to facilitate the ongoing usage of T1 Enterprise, a dedicated account manager is assigned to each client for support and training needs.
